Privacy Statement:
My privacy is a concern to me so I will respect yours as well. Plain and simple, I will not sell any information that I collect from you for any reason, that's not why I am in the business. Your information may need to be passed along to a manufacturer for reasons such as order placement or warranty repairs. If you have a custom subwoofer or speaker cabinet made then your information will be given to the builder so that they may contact you if they have a question about your project. After your information is passed along for any reason listed above then that company's privacy policy will be in effect, and thus, superceding Acoustic Visions'.

Shipping Information:
Your shipping costs are exactly what UPS, FedEx,Bax Global, or USPS charges. We do not charge an inflated shipping or handling fee in order to have lower product prices. While I can give you a very close estimate on shipping fees at the time you place your order, an exact amount will not be known until your product ships. For that reason, I will contact you with an exact amount of your order within a day or two for your record keeping.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
You are to be happy with your purchase from Acoustic Visions. To ensure your satisfaction you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it for a refund less all shipping and handling and a 20% restock fee. No hassles. Of course I will ask why you are not happy to help diagnose any problems with the ordered items or their implementation, but you will not get the "run around". Orders may be cancelled before shipment without a fee, except for custom orders.

Exclusions:
Subwoofer drivers and speakers are not returnable after being mounted or hooked up to an amplifier. Home speakers and kits are not returnable if crossovers have been assembled or speakers have been connected to a power source. Unfortunately, due to their nature custom/special orders (enclosures, suboofers, etc) are not returnable.

Payment:
Orders will be charged 1-2 days prior to shipment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & Money orders will be accepted. Personal checks will be accepted but shipment will be delayed until the check clears and funds are deposited (usually 7-10 days).

International Orders:
Orders are only accepted from the USA. Any orders placed outside of the United States not be honored.

Mistakes:
Sometimes mistakes happen. Any typos or misprints on the web pages contained within this site are purely accidental and unfortunate. If there are any misprints on pricing Acoustic Visions will not be made to honor those prices.

Changes:
Acoustic Visions reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time without prior notice.

New Product Preorders:
Occasionally, we will introduce new products at a special offer called a "Preorder". The preorder policies are a bit different than normal as explained here: Normal preorder periods will last approximately 2 weeks. When the preorder period ends your card will then be charged for the purchase amount. Cancellations may be accepted before the preorder period ends but not after your card has been charged . There are no returns on preorders unless found to be defective. In exchange for a greatly discounted price you are paying for a product up front with no guarantees on shipping dates. There may be extensive delays in manufacturing so if you need a driver by a definite date then do not participate in the preorder. Shipping dates 3-4 months after the preorder ends are not uncommon so please keep this in mind when placing your order. Shipping costs are not included in the price on preorder specials.

Warranty:
Each product will have its own manufacturer warranty as explained by its manufacturer. Acoustic Visions does not administer the warranty or any claims since they are processed by the manufacturer of the procuct. We follow manufacturer warranties and processes and all warranty procedures are handled solely by the manufacturer. Please contact Acoustic Visions concerning any warranty issues as we will try to troubleshoot any problems before you have to send the product to the manufacturer for repair.
