Frequency response. Nearfield spliced at 200Hz. The response is ±3 dB from 30 Hz to 20 kHz, anechoic. From 200 Hz and up, the response is an amazing ±1 dB - ultimate accuracy in reproduction. (click to enlarge)
Impedance magnitude. The impedance is extremely well controlled, with a minimum of 5.7 Ohms at 120 Hz and 3.5 kHz. Even though this is a dual woofer design, the impedance easily averages 8 Ohms over the entire bandwidth. (click to enlarge)

Exodus Audio Kit LCR
Exodus Audio's Kit LCR (Left, Center, Right) is a 3-way design featuring a pair of the wonderful 6.5" Adire Audio Extremis 6.8, the CSS 4" mid, and the fantastic Usher Audio 9950C-15 tweeter taking the upper frequencies.
This speaker kit is for those that want an extremely smooth 3 way design for both music and home theater. One important aspect to home theater is to have the front soundstage (all 3 speakers) to sound the same and work together. An extremely accurate and cohesive soundstage is obtained by using these speakers especially if using the same speaker for the center channel.
The Extremis features enough linear stroke (13mm each way) that you can expect extension to 30Hz anechoic with in room resonse easily reaching into the mid to low 20Hz range! Both the Extremis and CSS 4" mid feature XBL^2 technology which keeps distortion at a minimum while giving them ability to reach those great linear excursion capabilities and a very flat Bl curve. The Extremis also feature a neo magnet which minimizes the sound "shadow" behind the driver while keeping them video shielded so you can place them right next to your video monitor for a home theater set up.
This 3 way design features the potent pair of Extremis covering the first octave up to 700Hz where it hands over to the 4" midrange (2nd order crossover critically damped) which covers from there up to 4.5kHz, and from that point on up (6th order crossover critically damped) the 28mm Usher tweeter takes care of business.
These speakers require a large bookshelf design measuring 28" x 10" x 16-3/4" (1-1/2" thick front baffle) and are ported out the rear of the enclosure. The design has an internal chamber sealing the tweeter and mid from the woofers as well.
These speakers would work well as the mains, center, and surrounds in order to run the same speakers all around or you could run the Extremis Kit 61's as surrounds if space is limited.
The kit contains the tweeter, mid, woofer, all crossover components, port, binding posts, etc. basically everything you will need except for the enclosures. This is an 8 ohm nominal design and amplifiers from 25 watts to 300 watts will work well. Rated sensitivity is 89dB SPL @ 2.83Vrms at 1 meter.
